Work at downtown mixed-use tower Viridian is underway on take-out eatery Viiza, the menu for which is highlighted by drinks in lightbulb-esque glasses and pizza cones.
Shaub Construction Co. is handling the build-out of the small space, last occupied by a flower shop and with an address of 417 Church St.
A recently issued permit has a value of $75,000.
A Viiza website nothes the following:
"Pizza reinvented in a cone. Pizza cones are the revolutionary approach to mess-free munching while on-the-go. Viiza offers the emplty cone and leaves the choice of filling up to you,"
